Botanical garden (or botanic garden) is a garden dedicated to the collection, cultivation and display of a wide range of plants labelled with their botanical names.
It is thus prime for use with species=*, and if the garden keeps a database of their collection, ref=* the identifier.
How to map
Draw an area 
around the botanical garden and add leisure=garden + garden:type=botanical.
This feature is not for the entire park, but for the flower beds.
