Heavy-duty plates placed closely together. Might have tar or sand in between the connections - or other filling such as grass or soil.
You can specify smoothness=* to indicate the quality.
Note that in some cases there could be concrete surface cast in place with gaps/vegetation/damage at breaking joints. It is not 100% clear how to tag them
