Replacement
tower:type=crossing was used on power supports, mainly towers, to distinguish higher ones located on rivers shores, intended to make power lines crossing it. It should be replaced with according values of design=* and height=*.

There is no particular line_management=* value and it should be confused with line_management=cross.
