Multiple Artists

Infrequently there are artworks created by multiple people. I propose two and a half ways to map this:

• Artist Name;et al. if there is one outstanding artist but the other contributors are significant enough to be not completely forgotten :)
• Artist 1;Artist 2;Artist 3 for multiple equally important artists.
• Artist 1;Artist 2;et al. to combine them with the obvious meaning.

Unknown artist

Anyone have any suggestions for how tag something where the artist isn't currently known and probably never will be? I know with the reference tag there's noref=*. I don't know how that would work with this though. No_artist_name isn't great. There isn't a noartist=* tag either, which is probably for the better, but I don't know what else to use instead. --Adamant1 (talk) 09:59, 28 October 2022 (UTC)
