Ambiguity

What type of radio communication is this supposed to refer to? Two-way radio repeaters or broadcast sites? I think we need a way to distinguish between these two types in the tagging. Maybe communication:radio=twoway for commercial two-way radio repeaters, communication:radio=amateur for amateur radio repeaters, (already covered by communication:amateur_radio=yes) and communication:radio=broadcast for broadcast sites? -- DENelson83 (talk) 07:00, 1 September 2020 (UTC), amended 03:35, 4 September 2020 (UTC)

Two-way radio is actually communication:mobile=yes (land mobile). This is very confusing because cell phones use communication:mobile_phone=yes, I wish to change them all to communication:cellphone=yes to avoid name collision.
