Access hierarchy

Where does the electric_bicycle fit in in the access hierarchy. Because it have a motor, motor_vehicle=no means also electric_bicycle=no. But also when bicycle=no is mentioned, this means electric_bicycle=no Should this be mentioned in the key page.--AllroadsNL (talk) 18:33, 1 December 2020 (UTC) Additional: There are traffic_signs and there are access_signs placed by the land owner, on these access signs the land owner describes in his wording, what is allowed or not, they often use the word combination - prohibited "motorized traffic", then we should know what this mean. This term is also used in legislation, it should then be generally known. Within this legislation, the electric_bicycle is also classified as "motorized traffic". This must be checked within the country. Also within the legislation the electric_bicycle must follow the rules of a bicycle. Country differences. motor_vehicle= therefore applies to electric_bicycle. This is also with disabled_vehicle, the difference between motorized or not. --AllroadsNL (talk) 12:38, 2 December 2020 (UTC)
