Proposal: draft or approved?

The linked proposal looks like a draft to me, but this page gives the impression, that this is already approved. What is the status of this? --Imagic 08:57, 23 February 2012 (UTC)

At 32 200 uses of the main tags parking:lane:*=*, and an active rendered map layer, it's "in use". Also, because there are no known widely used alternatives, some pages would call it "de facto approved". Alv 10:56, 23 February 2012 (UTC)
