Inscription with language code

MUTCD/California/R#R62: Push Button recommends tactile_writing:braille:en=yes and optionally inscription:en-Brai=⠠⠏⠠⠥⠠⠎⠠⠓ ⠠⠃⠠⠥⠠⠞⠠⠞⠠⠕⠠⠝ ⠠⠋⠠⠕⠠⠗ ⠠⠏⠠⠑⠠⠙⠠⠑⠠⠎⠠⠞⠠⠗⠠⠊⠠⠁⠠⠝ ⠠⠺⠠⠁⠠⠗⠠⠝⠠⠊⠠⠝⠠⠛ ⠠⠇⠠⠊⠠⠛⠠⠓⠠⠞⠠⠎ ⠠⠉⠠⠗⠠⠕⠠⠎⠠⠎ ⠠⠺⠠⠊⠠⠞⠠⠓ ⠠⠉⠠⠁⠠⠥⠠⠞⠠⠊⠠⠕⠠⠝ for a standard sign type in California. If the inscription is known, the fully-qualified BCP 47 subkey is be a good way to indicate it along with the language in which the Braille text is written. Braille has the script code Brai, and Moon type has the script code Moon. Fakoo doesn't seem to have an ISO 15924 script code, unfortunately. – Minh Nguyễn 💬 19:55, 2 June 2022 (UTC)

Since there is language:*=*, using tactile_writing:language:*-*=* may make it more structured. When there is no other attributes in the mix, it can be simplified to language:*-*=*. --- Kovposch (talk) 10:27, 3 June 2022 (UTC)
*:*_printed_letters=* is quite verbose. That can probably be shortened to *:en-Latn=*, depending on how to handle embossed and engraved.
Is there an extension code for computer Braille, or maybe private format for Fakoo too?
