Copyright?
At present some change sets have no stated source. Referring to the kontur population data set page states it source as "by obtaining and processing all available data" .. Available data would include data on copyright websites, these are not suitable sources for use in OSM. Warin61 (talk) 02:34, 11 December 2021 (UTC)
