Could somebody tell me for which tags is used? As far as I can see here it was added in v4.18.0 on 2018-12-21 but removed in v4.21.0 five months later. maro21 14:33, 24 June 2021 (UTC)

The matter of the red dot for a healthcare node has been raised (22nd July, 2025) on the healthcare=alternative page, but it is also (more?) relevant here, as it applies to any healthcare facility.

The red dot can surely be restored now - can't it?

Er, this discussion is about the (temporary?) absence of the red dot OSM Carto symbol to indicate healthcare, which I suggest should now be re-instated, and so it would seem very much on topic. The dot used to exist, but ::was removed for reasons which are surely no longer relevant. Shops, businesses and care features have their dots; isn't it time for healthcare to (re-)join them?

3 icons to verify

We have similar icons, could someone verify which one of these is currently used? We should keep only one icon. Maybe both of them are valid but used on different zooms but I don't know how to check it. maro21 17:33, 9 October 2021 (UTC)

1. File:Jewish.svg (14 × 14) or File:Jewish-16.svg (16 × 16)
2. File:Entrance.10.svg (10 × 10) or File:Subway-entrance-12.svg (12 × 12)
3. File:Mast-communications-16.svg is it used?
