foot=dedicated on cycleways

The routefinder considers ways tagged with foot=dedicated. But what about foot=dedicated? The link below indicate that a highway=cycleway with pedestrian=dedicated is considered unaccessible to pedestrian. I would expect it to be one of the preferred ways.

pedestrian is an undocumented key, so I wouldn't support it (isn't it just a duplicate of foot ?). dedicated is an undocumented value for access tags and will not be supported. -- Nic 23:13, 12 November 2010 (UTC)

foot-Routing via motorroad

IMHO motorroads should not be used for foot-Routing.
