ASTER support

• Thanks for creating this tool, I switched to it as it is easier to use with mkgmap than srtm2osm. Would it be possible to add a support for ASTER data? They can be also downloaded from the EarthData page and have a higher coverage. I don't want to use the Viewfinderpanoramas data for polar regions if I don't have to due to an unclear license. --V0174 (talk) 17:45, 4 May 2020 (UTC)
