What is the current state of OSM ruby in 2019?

As a ruby dev I am keen to know what is available to program with OSM data. I am using this area here as a scatchpad for links I find before writing up. Dates are for last edits. -- Jnicho02 (talk) 14:29, 28 January 2019 (UTC)

I guess that you could adapt a version from the main OSM site https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website
