UK retail chains

Hi Jez,

Did you have a particular reason for renaming this page? It has sat happily under it's old name for several years. SK53 (talk) 11:13, 12 October 2018 (UTC)

Hey Jerry,

I'm getting the UK pages into similar naming shape prior to encouraging people to revisit pages and get content up-to-date. Naming convention in general appears to be 'xyz in country n' which aids alphabetical listing grouping in a country category (i.e. everything isn't listed under 'U'). An alternative could be 'United Kingdom/Retail chains' which creates a sub-folder.

This page looks like one of the most comprehensive, but others are old and rotting. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jnicho02 (talkcontribs) 11:42, 12 October 2018‎

Your page moves created some double redirects (redirects to redirects). This is deliberately not supported by MediaWiki as it is considered bad style. Please have a look at the list and fix them. Renewable energy in the United Kingdom

Hi, Just to let you know I've removed the "take a look at Google Maps" line from https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Renewable_energy_in_the_United_Kingdom (but left the "look at other imagery in iD" comment). Google isn't an appropriately licensed source for OSM. When looking for recent wind turbines I've often found the ESRI layers to be useful. New vote explanation

Thanks for a vote! As it turns out that bundling all vote changes in one was a clear mistake, I stopped the ongoing vote after you already participated. If you want you can participate in a new vote that was started at Proposed features/change vote counting rules - remove no show paradox. It includes only one of proposed changes.
