The point of these semi-empty pages

Im wondering what the point of these semi-empty pages are. Should every place in OSM have its own wikipage? I removed a couple more norwegian pages like this.

The purpose is to llow user groups to locate themelves, and group related links for local projects and assessments, or advertize their local meetings. They alos provide generic relevant links toi give details: exact location, relation, wikipedias, wikidate, talk pages, forum... They don't have to be updated often, their purpose is to allow grouping and finding relevant links (including to other external sites for local projects). Most of these pages will then have very basic info, but are there for collecitng links at any time. — Verdy_p ^(talk) 23:54, 7 April 2018 (UTC)
