County by county?

Will be organizing this upload via county, as the road shapefiles are county-based. I think some counties are either well adjusted or had very good TIGER placement and won't need TNRIS updating. Will be making a county chart next week with place to label each county for change or not change. If anyone wants to request a county either way beforehand, go ahead and list it here.25or6to4 02:16, 18 July 2009 (UTC)
