Misleading definition or misleading picture?

What does "using water from a mineral-rich spring with water temperature at the spring of at least 20°C." mean: will it apply to baths from mineral rich spring water which is cold but reheated for bathing purposes? Or what is the difference to bath:type=hot_spring? Finally.. the image could mislead people to tag any indoor swimming with heated water like this. RicoZ (talk) 21:06, 25 May 2019 (UTC)
