Relationship with shop=sports, sport=equestrian

Hi, I've found that both kinds of tagging exist. Then I wondered if they mean the same thing. I suppose that a shop that primarily targets customers that do sports with horses (dressage, showjumping, racing...) could be tagged as a specialized sports shop, and a shop that rather targets customers that work with horses (cowboys, plough pulling, ...) should not be tagged as a sports shop but rather shop=equestrian.
