From examples you listed out: These stores offer a variety of gaming products such as billiards, darts, table soccer, dice poker, playing cards, air field hockey, chess, and table tennis equipment, as well as cups, trophies, and used equipment:

• billiards, darts, table soccer, air field hockey, table tennis equipment - shop=sports
• dice poker, playing cards, chess - shop=games
• cups, trophies - shop=trophy
• used equipment - no separate shop=* tag, use second_hand=* instead.
