Related tags and lack of structure

Tags and keys may be combined. Unfortunately, there's no clear distinction between marina, harbour, port, seamark and when to use leisure, industrial, man_made, landuse or other prefixes. A structured overview of all tags is currently not available unless marine navigation and seamarks tried to do so. The latter's namespace is unfortunately not very elegant (for example instead of seamark:harbour combined with harbour:type they try to put everything "in a row" which leads to values like seamark:harbour:category=marina_no_facilities which are not very convenient).
