Bing offset
There seems to be an offset in the Bing imagery in the Van area see:
http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/hot/2011-October/001061.html http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/hot/2011-October/001063.html
The offset in the area mentioned by Floris seems to be about 29.; -2. (in josm-units) -> similar to the offset determined by Latze.
So maybe someone should simply download the whole data traced in the last day(s) (in this area), move it in one step, upload it and we fix the resulting issues after ?
