I think that having a linefeed after <includeonly> and before </includeonly> is causing additional vertical space in the Status column of Proposed features; that was definitely the case for {{Proposed feature}} and {{Start proposed features}}. I'd like to remove it but I'm not sure if that'd break other templates, like {{Proposal Page}}. ----goldfndr 19:50, 26 December 2009 (UTC)
