Top Ten Tasks/Progress/Internationalization / localization of PL2

Gravitystorm integrated some patches for i18n from the Japanese community during the hack weekend in Nov'11 and this is now deployed (see [1]).

Update 2012-03-05

This seems nearly done, many strings are translatable via translatewiki. One outstanding query is over features.xml - whether this will be similarly translatable. See translatewiki for more info.
