copied smoothness table WIP

need to replace more images

guidelines for images:

  • should be something commonly encountered, and not unusual special cases
  • should show full width of the road/path to have some sense of scale
  • should have good contrast (negative example: very_horrible on the Key:smoothness page, or the currently used intermediate asphalt image)
  • should not clearly be a road or path (though this is only relevant for StreetComplete and not in the wiki)

descriptions should be clear and short, maybe 2-3 lines
