Mississippi Well Import is an import of an MS Oil & Gas Board dataset which contains oil & gas wells in Mississippi. It contains ~25000 nodes, most of them being abandoned wells. The import is currently at the planning stage.

Import Type

One-time upload initially, eventual updates. Import will be split into individual counties, other facilities such as well pads, access roads or gathering pipes will be added manually.

Conflation

Existing wells will be deleted & replaced. Since also wellpads & access roads are added, roads/industrial landuses will be manually downloaded/conflated too.
