Subdivisions of urban places should have their own hierarchy. The first subdivision of a town should be quarter. suburb should only be used in city.

Heidelberg	city 150 k	-	15 15 k - 1450 ~9324	-	?	Die niedrigste Gliederung "Bezirke" stellt den Stadtteilen meist nur ein -Ost/-West hintenan und bietet damit kaum Identität für Bewohner.
Ludwigsburg	town 90 k	-	-	12 15 k - 3 k ~7000	z.B. Kugelberg, der Makenhof, Monrepos, Mäurach, Osterholz und Schlösslesfeld.
