Here I put tags which haven't gone through a proposal process and aren't documented elsewhere.

maxload=* Used on bridges to document the maximum load of all vehicles on bridge (not the limit for a single vehicle like maxweight=*) Might also be useful for elevators.
own_risk=* Used for ways signed to "use at your own risk"
network:type=destination_network Used for cycle routes part of a network of routes designed to guide someone to destinations (e.g. Downtown, ___ Park, etc). Similar to the proposed network:type=basic_network (which has its own problems). Important: the to=* and from=* values represent the values signed on the route, not neccesarily where the route ends, as routes often "feed" into each other, funneling users to major destinations along desirable routes.
police=phone Telephones for use by police officers to communicate. Given that these are largely obsolete, usually these will be tagged with disused:police=phone.
