The tag ramp:supervised=* is used to indicate if a ramp is operated by service personnel only. If omitted the local convention is assumed (in Germany ramp:supervised=yes would be assumed on railway platforms).

Usage

Add ramp:supervised=yes/no to an element tagged with ramp=* as for example a public transport platform.

While this tag is not restricted to any specific kind of ramp, its usage only really makes sense for portable ramps (see ramp:portable=*).
