I just cleared the cache of zoom-14 mapnik tiles that it downloaded from OSM, and now that URL seems to work without errors.

If the problem extends to other zoom levels or other layers, let me know and I'll clear those too (or they will expire after 7 days) Ojw 13:40, 15 March 2011 (UTC)
