- I've explained it in change summary. The reverted paragraph claimed that man_made=embankment is in use, but actually it's used only 4 times in whole planet.osm. I thought the original writer might mean embankment=yes which is used 650 times.
- Is either of them documented? The problem isn't wether to use one or the other it's what they mean to people who tag. I want the current note or something similar for what ever you want to put there, and the current description is very good and makes sense. Personally I feel embankment=yes says nothing about what is there, man_made says a bit more. Erik Johansson 12:15, 4 June 2008 (UTC)

Osmosis Plugins
Hi Jttt, just noticed your message about osmosis plugins. It's not currently possible but I intend to implement it one day. The whole task factory approach was designed to make plugins possible. If you want to implement something yourself I'll be more than happy to accept patches. I don't tend to check my wiki talk page very often but feel free to shoot me an email. Java based tagstat
I just read your old comment to brett in which you mention a tagstat system you've developed ( http://jttt.110mb.com/tagstats/planet/ ) . Presumably it's all java based. Could be interesting. Is that documented anywhere? source code? -- Harry Wood 13:13, 15 August 2009 (UTC)
