Kristian, if you got the time, and are in Copenhagen, then let's meet up a day somewhere. Dutch 21:55, 4 January 2007 (UTC)

Kristian, I've changed the tags on the S-togs lines you did for Copenhagen from railway=light_rail to railway=rail, since the S-togs tracks are also used for goods transport. I would say that metro and lokalbaner (skinnebusser/"grise") should be tagged as light_rail, while tracks where DSB also runs goods should be tagged as rail. Also, the metrotrack from Solbjerg to Vanløse has been changed, since they aren't in a tunnel, but at groundlevel with bridges over roads. Same will happen on the new track from Lergravsparken to the Airport Dutch 15:26, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

Nice catch; hadn't thought about their use for freight. BTW, is it you that has named the Metro stations "Name (Metro)"? I can understand it for e.g. Nørrebro and Ørestad where there are multiple types, but for Solbjerg it's unnecessary and (IMHO :)) annoying to look at. --KristianThy 12:43, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
Yep that was me, on the sole reason that light_rail isn't rendered (yet). So UFN I think its good to be able to see that it's a metro station and not a railway station, for people who aren't used to Copenhagen. We don't want "jyderne" to get too angry at us, because they thought they could catch the train back to Århus from Solbjerg ;) AFAIK though the next major overhaul of the Tiles@Home clients will use Osmarender 4 and a more complete set of the mapfeature tags, so at that time we could revert the names (athough I still think they shall be kept for places like Nørreport, Flintholm, Vanløse and other stations where the Metro and the railway station is located apart). --Dutch 13:38, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
