editing GPX

I've wanted to edit GPX files for some time -- if this becomes possible in JOSM, that'd be great! Two things I'd want to do to GPX files before uploading are related to privacy: Remove trackpoints around my house and shift the timestamps. Maybe these features should go in gpsbabel, but having a way to implement such filters in JOSM's GPX layer would be quite useful. I realise that GPX editing is only a secondary goal of the project, it's just what I'm most interested in. Good luck! Robx 19:32, 30 March 2008 (BST)
