Description

historic=stoneは小さな石に使う全般的なタグで、次のような確立されたタグが当てはまらない場合に使います:

• historic=wayside_cross
• historic=wayside_shrine
• historic=milestone
• historic=boundary_stone
• historic=memorial
• natural=stone
• historic=archaeological_site

+site_type=bigstone

+site_type=megalith + megalith_type=menhir

• historic=rune_stone

従ってhistoric=memorialでタグ付けするには小さすぎたり、その起源や意味がhistoric=wayside_crossでもhistoric=wayside_shrineでも当てはまらないような石に使われます。

さらに、Rhineland-Palatinate(ドイツ)のRitter stones 、ヨーロッパのconciliation stones あるいはスコットランドのPictish stones といった特定のエリアで見られる石に使います。これらの石のより詳細な分類は description=*タグを追加して行います。

ドイツではこれらの石は保護されています。

マッピング方法

node を置いてhistoric=stone と name=*でタグ付けします。
