Typical values include 'water' (for clean water), 'drain' (for rain water or storm water), 'sewer' (for sewage and 'black' water), telecom (for telecommunication cables). Also oil, gas, slurry, hot_water, heat. Alternatively use any appropriate text for other substances

Operator Use the operator=name for the name of the company operating the pipeline

Examples

Pipelines

In Wikipedia, there is an article about pipelines. Here, there is a pipeline (maybe we could copy this file in the description of this wiki page) that we draw as a line with tags: man_made=pipeline, location=overground, type=oil, operator=BP (for example).

man_made=pipeline, location=overground, name=Trans Alaska Pipeline, operator=Trans Alaska Pipeline, type=oil. On node ref=0 maybe?

Pipelines markers

In some places, the pipelines are underground. For seeing where those pipelines are, there are pipeline markers (see pipeline=marker). You have to draw them as nodes of a pipeline and tag as appropiate tag. The following are examples of pipeline markers:

pipeline=marker, type=gas. operator=Compañía Logística de Hidrocarburos CLH, S.A. (see zoom). Maybe pipeline:notice=yes for specifying there is notice for users?
pipeline=marker, type=gas, operator=Compañía Logística de Hidrocarburos CLH, S.A. (see zoom). Maybe pipeline:notice=yes for specifying there is notice for users?

In the first example, the pipeline itself is shown and not in the second. Is there any tag for that?
