#001 - Delete start_date=yyyy attribute for trees in Graz Area (Germany)

Proposal	Osmose indicate that there are 266 trees with start_date=yyyy, all in Graz area (Germany). Those tags shall be either updated or deleted.
Rationale	yyyy is not a valid date and doesn't bring any added value to the trees. The author 7of9 has been contacted on September 2nd 2016. No answer on September 10th while he is still contributing several time per day to OSM. Before having contacted 7of9, I've contacted species who is presented as an "OSM community coordinator for the city of Graz and the state of Styria" who suggested me to make the edit myself.

Sorry for this late comment, but I have noted from the page revision history for start_date=* that it for some five years have been rather granular and while proposing using an yyyy-mm-dd ISO format also proposes variants like yyyy-mm and even yyyy when the exact date is not known.

Also, looking at taginfo, at least the first couple millions of the most common values are in the yyyy form. Some users took the time to add that data, but for some reason or another could not find the exact date, but at least wanted to give at least some information.

Thank you for the comment but I'm not talking of a pattern but of a value. The value was really "yyyy", i.e. four 'y' characters instead of four digits. This is why I removed the tags. I'm not deleting tags with values made of four digits but of the exact string "yyyy".
