Why labeled for deletion?

Why have you labeled this category for deleting? It is up-to-date and useful. It contains all the information on the Wiki written in the Czech language so it is a good starting point for all Czech users. I really cannot understand it. Chrabros (talk) 08:45, 5 May 2015 (UTC)

It's the parent English category that is labeled for cleanup, there's a major restructuration performed by several users and "Documentation alone" is not significant (all this site is about Documentation) and the language is not pertinent when there's a global category for each language.
Note: this is just a warning, not a deletion. It means that restructuration is ongoing (well I would have only voted for "cleanup", but there's been also a deletion request in the parent English category). Note: look at "Category:cs:Categories" and the structure that is being created in parallel for all languages to match the same structure used in English with Category:Categories for the top level. — Verdy_p (talk) 09:40, 5 May 2015 (UTC)
1. This category is outdated: Category:Categories.
2. This category is useless WikiProject Navigation for readers. Czech readers will only see outdated cats
3. This category unnecessary within wiki structure. [1] [2]
We are doing fine without Category:Documentation and its variants: Category:RU:Категории, Category:JA:カテゴリ. Xxzme (talk) 09:53, 5 May 2015 (UTC)
1. This category is outdated: Category:Categories.
It is perfectly up to date category, containing all the pages in Czech language.
2. This category is useless WikiProject Navigation for readers.
I really cannot understand how YOU dare to say that it is useless. I see a perfectly good use of it. So it is not useless.
3. This category unnecessary within wiki structure.
This is nonsense. Not all pages written in Czech language are in Cs: namespace.
I insist on keeping this category. We, Czech users, use it and like it. I do not see a reason why you cannot leave it alone. What is the reaon that it really needs to be deleted?
Chrabros (talk) 10:10, 5 May 2015 (UTC)
Nobody have plans to update structure other than current top level cat Category:Categories - was created in 2006. Category:Documentation already abandoned by some languages and de-facto unmaintained for others.
If there pages in Czech without language prefix, then they should be fixed. All languages at wiki use prefixes Wiki_Translation#Translated_pages_with_a_title_in_a_non-English_language and Wiki_Translation#Language_prefixes_and_namespaces.

I have read the mentioned pages and I still do not see a resaon why this category should be deleted or cleaned up. Probably I am dumb. Do you just object against its name "Czech Documentation"? If so then I could rename it to "Czech pages" or "Pages in Czech language". Or do you need its name to be "Cs:Czech Documentation"? Chrabros (talk) 07:18, 6 May 2015 (UTC)
Not against single category but against outdated content that should be updated (with newer cats). For example:
Cs:Průvodce začátečníka contain all cats from English variant (Category:Průvodce začátečníka).
Cs:Co je OpenStreetMap is significantly outdated and missing new and important category Category:Cs:Portals.
Cs:Kde hledat pomoc less outdated, but should be as portal too.
Is my opposition of Category:Documentation is more clear?
Category:Cs:Portals is for WikiProject_Navigation, but category "Pages in Czech language" is not for navigation. Category:Documentation is outdated and not used for navigation by at least 2 languages. Xxzme (talk) 08:03, 6 May 2015 (UTC)
