CityEngine ([1]) is 3D city modeling software by ESRI Zurich (formerly middleware developer Procedural Inc.) It supports importing of data from OpenStreetMap (.osm format) to create 3D cityscapes and exporting them to various ways.
It has been used to put OSM into the occulus rift virtual reality headset [2]
