The project is about the assessing the poverty impact to the rural community which caused by the different reasons includes backward/local agriculture activities,education as well as road network and water services. The provided area/location of the project is basically populated with 250,727 people out of which 122,234 were males and 128,493 were females accordingly to the census of 2012. Administratively Msalala district has 2 Division, 16 Wards, 82 Villages and 322 Sub-villages. The district occupies an area of 263,520.2 hectares (2,635.52 km2) which is equivalent to 5.2% of the total area of Shinyanga region i.e. 50,781km. The mostly of 95% of the total population involved on agriculture in which in some while, the activities doesn't emerge and solving food poverty within the community due to the inadequately of the rainfall access,local agriculture tool and grater illiteracy amongst the community to addresses the challenges. In other challenge as such road infrastructure also become the root cause of the poverty by which the community after harvesting period, they are probably anticipate the transporting grains to the market for the business but they are face huge challenges during the time. Transport facility is very poor and do not extremely attract the problem solving among the community. Due to the existing community problem, i would like to addressing my project that will be the critical solution to the community in which the local government over the ares will be empowered to use the opportunity of the project data required to make the development decision and solving the challenges among the social members.The project plan will actually going to collects the information necessary for the development decision making

The project is going to mapping the affected areas throughout data collection by which the information which will provided under the project intervention. The user of the information(local government)will sustained with understanding the reality of the community poverty and strengthening the culture of the accountability in providing the solution for huge/greater existing problem. The project also will establishing the accurate information as starting point of many other upcoming poverty related project implementation: the project also will profound in-depth information basing on the existing community reality situation of the agriculture and education to become aware with the strength weakness, opportunity,challenges and threat in which together will analyzed for the use of the future project implementation.The project also will establishing the key implementing channels for achievement of the existing local government vision and mission: the local government decision making depends upon the mission and vision of the district achievement. The implementing channels is the directive line of the initiating the development project to maximize the quality life of the people. The information gathered also will generally, open opportunity for development investing (encouragement for humanitarian aid): the community will fully engaged under the project will have to provide trending effects, and the validity situation of the poverty to seek for the help and encourages the variously development agencies on arguing investing as well as training local people to awaken their knowledge and ability to work safely and planned to improve their living standard.The collecting data will based to related setback factors of the economic development and social service performance as such education (accessibility) and family requirement (affordability). The project is about lasting the poverty within the community by providing the crucial information about the poverty impact. the root issues that need to be addressed is to find out the information on how the poverty might affecting the education performance of the given household child's and the food security or family basic needs.The project name is reflecting the community based objective to empower the poor family with the entrepreneurial skill and the relevant economic activities like agriculture to boost and facilitates education performance to their child students. In order to accomplish the objective of the project, issued will take out in 7 month to collecting the data from the poor family to even understand the reality of the existing life problem, causes, and effects of the problem. The data will generally assists the local government authority to understand several aspects of the poverty causality for both family TASAF beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries, effects and solution of the problem mitigation. Also will appropriately establish the base of the coming other community based project execution, knowledge and skill transmission on how to use the available scarce resources effectiveness and efficiency to ensure the well-being of the community themselves for the benefit of the coming generation. The generated data also will ensure the appropriate efforts to supporting the local government authority (Msalala district) in accomplishing the mission and vision of providing the quality socio-economic services to the local community as well as reflecting the sustainable development. The project needs to develop the crucial for the government decision making especially for the social and economic development to the surrounding community. This project requirement is very important towards further implementing decision, in which the ongoing project and the local government budget location and priorities will decided to where the absolutely poverty is seems to be the challenges within the 4 ward selected for the project implementation. Generally the impact of the poverty is too big and multiplier affecting the base of the economic development and disempower the interconnected sectors for the development and wellbeing of the community.

The community based project outcome and data collected will managed and stored for difference uses of the local development decision making especially for education and improving the quality livelihood of the target population. The positives changes caused by project will sustained managed for the long term local benefits and greater opportunity for economic varieties. The all purchased project performing accessories also will sustainably managed for the future use of the other funding project regarding on mapping the community problem to align further development decision. The community member will eventfully collaborative sector of the project implementation, dissemination of the in depth information regarding to poverty agenda. The every use of the local equip for the project implementation such as room and meeting place will considering the procedural use to make possible greater change of the community from the causes of the effect of poverty and managing the results for long term sustainability. “To examine the development setback factors of the rural community livelihood is the project goal. The project is reflecting the community based objective to empower the poor family with the entrepreneurial skill and the relevant economic activities like agriculture to boost and facilitates education performance to their child students. The project issued will take out in 7 month of the general implementation as they represented to the developed action plan and basically will direct to poor family to even understand the reality of the existing life problem, causes, and effects of the problem in relations to the development sustainability. Also the project will covers 4 wards in which 2 villages for each ward with the extremely poverty effects will selected as sample for the data collection. The project is entails to strengthening the culture of accountability especially for the local government in providing the social and economic services to the surrounding community such as health service as well as education for the well being of the community. The project will carried out at a rural community area in Msalala District Council as the clients for the project based data collection of the poverty impact to their community. The project activities also will based on defining the cause and effect relationship of the poverty in relation to the accessibility (education) and affordability (basic needs). The project is going to intervene and coordinated with National Planning Framework (supportive policy) so as to realize the (TDV) Tanzania Development Vision 2025 which needs to empower and enhancing the grass root participation, good governance, and well educated society as well as high quality livelihood. The community especially target group (poor families) and special group to where the information will be gathered, they will basically open the local government mindset to speeding and improves the working efficiency for the benefits of the entire community at the rural area.

The community's long term goal is to sustainably providing the key guidance for ensuring the development and economic investment to increasing the number of the employment rate for the benefits of the family(women,children, and elders. The community will generally increased in production,higher learning and educated society, high quality livelihood and greater appropriately infrastructure for the development.

the orject will be shred on the different advertisement channels /source of the information. includes magazine, social media and social network. the sharing of the ideas will generally made to the people where is mostly affected with the same project ideal. but agian the stories of the project will dealing with the positive change that have made due to the presences of the open map street.
