This page describes a key prefix rather than a simple key.
The app:*=* prefix is used to link mobile applications, e.g:
app:apple=*is used to link the Apple App Storeapp:google=*is used to link the Google Play Store
Note that there also are:
payment:app:ios=*, andpayment:app:android=*
While the former tags are currently used with full URLs, the latter are currently used with just app ids.
