The china_class=* key was used to indicate the class of administrative district level in a given China place.
Because place=* and admin_level=* can't describe the class of administrative district level in China exactly, a German mapper created this tag years ago and now it has been used widely in Chinese mapper community (and later approved by the users because of usefulness).
Be careful that you should firstly satisfy the basic OSM tagging rule!
