The tag platform_lift:maxwidth:physical=* is used to indicate the width of a platform lift's usable space. The width is defined as the distance perpendicular to the direction of travel. Note that the measurement of platform_lift:maxwidth:physical=* should not include the platform lift's cage. As with all distance tags, the value is assumed to be in meters.
Usage
Add platform_lift:maxwidth:physical=* to an element tagged with platform_lift=*.
