ref:AQ:apa=* is used on 
Antarctic Protected Areas. It is the ID of the feature in the Antarctic Protected Area database.
Note that this ID is not the same as the ASPA or ASMA or HSM number. The more common ASPA/ASMA/HSM number is typically placed in the ref=* tag. See the examples below.
