The CNES (Brazilian National Register of Health Establishments) code allows the identification of each healthcare facility in Brazil in a unified manner, according to the registration within the Brazilian Ministry of Health - consisting of seven numeric characters and no letter (without exception, example: 1308275). The CNES code is available both freely on the CNES website, as well as on some local databases.
