How to map
The common syntax is: roastery=<name_of_roastery>. (e.g., roastery=Lavazza where the coffee beans come from ![[W]](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/00/Tango_style_Wikipedia_Icon_no_shadow.svg/20px-Tango_style_Wikipedia_Icon_no_shadow.svg.png){kind=icon}

If it is selling coffee (beans) from several coffee roasters, you can use a semicolon to separate them: roastery=<name_of_roastery>;<name_of_roastery>
To specifically tag different kinds of roasts, subkeys can be used:
