The tags defined on this page will render in various nautical charts.

This page defines values for the "seamark:wreck:category" tags.

Type S100 code seamark:type Definition
Wreck WRECKS wreck The ruined remains of a stranded or sunken vessel which has been rendered useless.

Distributed remains of wreck distributed_remains (Foul ground) An area over which it is safe to navigate but which should be avoided for anchoring, taking the ground or ground fishing. NChart ECDIS Wreck Depth NonDangerous.svg

Water level effect (WATLEV) water_level Enumeration The effect of the surrounding water on an object.
Depth (VALSOU) depth Decimal The value of the measurement of a sounding relative to the chart datum, in metres.
