Roads

All roads should be aligned with the satellite imagery to the greatest accuracy by tracing the white lines. When a road has been aligned tag with 'source=Bing Additionally other road information and detail can be provided, for example max speeds and lighting information. When these have been tagged write, for example: A17 = COMPLETE, LIGHTING = COMPLETE, MAX SPEED = NOT COMPLETE

Paths

Long Distance and 'Named' Footpaths

For those paths that follow an old railway, sometimes it may be appropriate create two separate ways as the footpath will 'wiggle' about and not follow the old trackbed accurately. This is specifically true for the Water Rail Way.
