Mechanical Edits/Aweech+bot/NH driveway access
Amazon Logistics recently stopped putting access=private on every driveway in reaction to feedback. I'm considering a mechanical edit to change every element which meets the requirements of:
- Way
- In New Hampshire, USA
- Edited by an Amazon Logistics User
- Has tag service=driveway
- Has tag access=private
- Does not have any nodes with a barrier=* tag
I plan to remove the access tag, and add ownership=private.
This will occur on or after 29 August 2020.
This will be arranged by user aweech, the change will be made by aweech+bot. It is in collaboration with a planned similar edit in neighboring Maine.
Purpose:
I'd like to reinforce access=private as appropriate only when there is signage or a fence and want to remove the bad examples that may mislead future mappers.

- Download an extract from https://osm-internal.download.geofabrik.de/north-america/us/new-hampshire.html
- Use the script at https://github.com/weech/osm_driveway_access_filterto filter the OSMPBF file
- Manually review results in JOSM for quality before uploading

The edit has been completed, and the relevant changeset numbers are 90124402, 90124414, 90262088, and 90262118.
