Proposal
Adding leisure=bike_park for bike parks (cycling parks).
A bike park is a area designed for mountain biking, usually including pump tracks, jumps, skills courses or trails.
Rationale
There is no tag for bike parks yet.
In absence of a proper tag, various other tags such as leisure=park, leisure=recreation_ground, leisure=pitch or leisure=sports_centre have been misused to tag bike parks.
Tagging
leisure=bike_park can be used on an area (closed way or multipolygon) or a node.
