Summary

This is a highway=residential_narrow tag option. but for narrowed old cities streets not lager than 3 meters. For render and usage, it will be base on the highway=service tag or a little bit larger. Just add old=yes option to highway=residential_narrow. Appearance will be the same as highway=service but with half dark orange borders, could be light flashy orange in JOSM with thin line.

Reasoning

For the highway=residential_narrow tag this option permit to change the render viewing and help to make it much more readable in case of {{tag|highway|residential_narrow} tag proximity.

How to Map

Mapping is very simple, residential_narrow ways are the same as highway=service tag. old=yes should be add in that particular case. Could be flashy orange in JOSM with thin line.

Same width as highway=service roads.
