Proposal
To map cycleway links with the tag highway=cycleway_link instead of simply highway=cycleway.
Rationale
There's already motorway_link, trunk_link, highway=primary_link, highway=secondary_link, and highway=tertiary_link, yet there's no tagging for cycleway links available, leaving people to tag such links as simply "highway=cycleway" even when it's really just a link and not a full trail of its own.[1]
